Ingredients:
50g Yeast
250ml milk
500g all purpose flour
70g buttter
1/4 cup of oil
1 medium size egg
100g of sugar + 1tbs
5g salt
100g bread crumbs
How to:
1. Combine 250ml of milk and 1tbs of sugar
2. Add yeast. Mix thoroughly
3. Microwave from 35 to 50 secons or until lukewarm.
4. Rest for 10 minutes until you see the bubbles
5. Combine the flour, sugar and salt
6. Add the egg and the yeast mixture
7. Mix manually and let it rest for 10 minutes.
8. Use electric mixer if available. Knead the dough for 5 minutes then add the oil and butter.
9. Knead for 5 more minutes.
10. Let the dough rest for another 10 minutes.
11. Then knead it for about a minute. Before resting it for 1hr.
