    It is wash down method. The flushing system is mediocre, it cannot fully flush sticky particles on the walls. Disappointing. I have to bidet spray and flush to ensure clean toilet bowl.

    This is a very good & price friendly toilet bowl: i recently had replaced all my 5 pcs of toilet bowls : its was amazing with the flushing power compared to previous toilet bowl and best of all it save more water with 1 full flush about 4L compared to my previous toilet bowl at 9L

    hi, i understand that you provide 1 year warranty for your kitchen sink faucets with 7 year warranty on the ceramic cartridge ? how can i exactly make a claim on the warranty ?..........do i bring the replacement cartridge to your company ? also, is the spout removable and replaceable if there's a need to ?

      Dear customer, thank you for your inquiry. We do provide 7 years warranty on the ceramic cartridge for faucets and 1 year parts & services with proof of purchase. There are 2 options -1st. bring the whole faucet down to our service centre upon appointment via email rubine@casa.com.sg. 2nd - Contact our customer service centre (62680077) for an appointment but with a service fee where applicable (after 1st year warranty). In regards to the replacement spout, that will depend on the individual model design. Thank you.
