I found I had to use the UBUNTU (Safe Graphics) install mode on a few of these, they were mostly P600 or P2000 cards. The install process crashed just after showing the HP Sure Start splash screen, then corruption appeared on-screen. Using Safe Graphics mode always works, and I check the "Download Additional Drivers" option, too. I also had to turn on Virtualization in BIOS, and select "Legacy Enabled with Secure boot disabled option", or a VMX error is returned just after selecting the install mode.

Celerons from 2016-2019 give roughly the same performance as an Intel Core 2 Duo from 2006/07 Newer Celerons are equivalent to a 3rd gen i5s (albeit with more modern instructions and better power efficiency)
