Well okay then. i thought that it was a lovely song and I had a nice day at the park.
Watching it for a second time, the potatoes look a tad undercooked.
It was never intended to be a successful cooking experience. I think my aunt was pissed that I intentionally destroyed so much bacon.
Nobody likes wasted bacon. Hopefully some lucky raccoons or other critters got hold of it later on.

Oh, I didn't realize it was a satire until later. It was really funny.
Ha ha ha ha. That was six years ago. Now three years of Covid including a nasty case myself I'm older, greyer, fatter and I still haven't found what I'm looking for. It was a project that I had assigned to myself. The DSLR film making thing totally caught me by surprise. So I assigned myself a project. A single day to conceive of and idea, shoot in multiple locations with different sound sources (lavalier microphone attached to external recorder and a Rode mic on the camera synched in post) edit and post. Once I was satisfied that I understood the techniques and how they were different from traditional recording with a broadcast camcorder it sort of got put to bed. No I have an entire home audio recording studio and it's time to play around with voice over, narration and story telling. Some barnacles on my old production skills, some new techniques to learn and many books to read.
i was there
Me too!
Sounds good to me!

@@seanwebb605 Very cool man!
Funny the cultural changes. I am from Spain and for some werid reason in my country people your age who are single are viewed as " lucky" bcs of the freedoom. I just found this video bcs of your comment in another video 😂 and I wanted to see your own channel. The cementery part😂
It was a project that I assigned myself. DSLR video projects were really taking off and my experience has been conventional TV production and master control. I wanted to see if I could conceive of an idea, shoot in different locations with different lighting conditions and use different audio recording devices, edit and post in a single day. I won't claim that I really believe in anything said in the video. It was just an exercise. This was shot on Canon SL1 using a Rode mice, Senheisser lav mic with a Zoom H4 audio recorder.
If you already have the production fundamentals it is easy to adapt to this method of shooting.
Just beautiful! Thumbs up from Dublin (Ireland) ! :) 👍☘
Not all single people are sad and lonely. I prefer to be alone. I enjoy being alone. I’m not the type of person that want to be with someone. I’m 45 years old, single with no kids and my parents passed away. So I’m truly alone. But that doesn’t get me down at all. I still enjoy doing everything that I use to do growing up. After work I do not enjoy going out at all. I’m an indoors person. I have more fun staying home then going out. That may sound like a boring life to you but for me it’s an awesome life. Nobody in life is the same and nobody in life does the same thing as the other person. Everybody is different.
Jay Lookie It was really just an assignment I created for myself. The challenge was to conceive an idea, shoot it in multiple locations, edit and post. On myself and all in a single day.

@@jordanharbinger3557 So you're some kind of hipster douchebag? How is that working out?
Nicely done -- lots of laughs throughout. Of course I can't relate to your experience at all... <cough! cough!>
There were so many aspects that didn't go as planned. The challenge was to conceive of an idea, shoot it, edit and post in a single day. This is just a low end DSLR.
Any production disappointments you had definitely don't show through, and your DSLR footage looks great.
DanHarkless I had better footage of the accordion player, but I forgot to turn on the mic and had to go back and ask him if I could shoot some more. And I didn't want to drop much more money into his box. The sports section was suppose to be much longer. The plan was to miss far more basketball shots. Not that, that would have been difficult. I'm really quite horrible at the game. However, every time I missed this little girl would run over and get the basketball for me. She appointed herself as my helper. But the video was suppose to be about as solitary single man. I'm a professional TV Broadcasting/Video Production and Playback guy. So I do need to set a higher standard for myself. And I was trying to get my editing chops back. It had been a long time since I edited regularly. I bought a new computer and had to learn an entirely new system.
@@chello70 Oh you are the very definition of a troll.
Do you vlog ??
I haven't really moved into vlogging. Mostly because I work in traditional conventional and cable television and I must be careful not to produce content that competes with my employer or violates my terms of employment. But also because I'm not particularly interested in becoming a personality. The channel just allows me to experiment a little bit and learn about techniques being used on different platforms. In many ways I have avoided pushing my content or gaining followers. It allows me to kind of dance like nobody is watching. In the future that might change. However, I would put this content forward and risk too much criticism. Much of it isn't very good by design.
Definitely start vlogging. What's holding you back??
Sam & Aaron Successful vlogs are often hosted by young, fit, attractive people who are naturally outgoing. That's not me. And I'm fine with that. Most of what interests me takes time to understand. I'm fascinated by microbiology, infectious disease, communication systems, psychology. Most weeks I read two to three books. To produce a daily blog would ask me to formulate an opinion and post a video quickly. That's pretty dangerous with the subject matter that I want to deal with.
Are you a model?
Sam & Aaron lol. No I'm a chubby 42 year old dude with bad hair.
