I think Season 7 is very well-done and gratifying. I like that Jane and Lisbon's relationship was more "Jane Austen" -- how they worked through their issues; how they spoke to each other with respect and deep love; how they still surprised each other; how Patrick spoke about their "marriage" instead of their "wedding"; how they promised each other to always look at the bright side (I'm crying just thinking about this scene) - it was sorta their private vows to each other before they stood in front of their friends and family to say the traditional public vows. It's also significant that the judge announces them as "Patrick and Teresa" instead of Mr. and Mrs. Jane. I think it symbolizes the equality and true love in their relationship that they both recognize each other as partners in life and as complementary to each of their personalities. They accept each other and balance each other. Teresa also wears his ring on her necklace, indicating that she honors the memory of his family. *tear*
