In which LHOTP episode was Nellie scariest to you?
I wish I could see this
I got to meet Michael in 1973 at a recording studio in Hollywood. I think I was in shock
How very cool! He's about as iconic to television as it gets!
I had the great experience of helping to draw and paint all of the facades you see on the video. It was an incredible experience and I was able to meet many of the cast members also!
@@1dramann Thank you for lending your incredible artistic talent to creating this once-in-a-lifetime event!
@@retrospeconline Thanks it was fun to be a part of this once in a lifetime experience! I watched Little House since it first premiered.
you misspelled Tracie's name.
Love it I just saw the country girls yesterday on cozy TV 📺 😊
I wish I could have attended
Wish you could've attended too! But try for a future event!
Beautiful Video.
Thank you!
p.s. @cookingwithalisonarngrim Alison, you're a RIOT. Never change. 😉💖
Thanks for sharing this.. Who ever did the pictures of all the LH buildings did a wonderful job!!!! This will be close as I will get to Simi Valley.. I wish there were more shows like this today. Here to is to 50 more years OF LHOP.. In fact, a couple of weeks ago I watched the series finale of LH when they blew up the town.
You're welcome! Thanks for being here!
Chris Marry me in the now
Thanks. Wish I had known about it and had gone. The show is so special! ❤
There's rumor that there may be more to come! See this: ruclips.net/video/kAKEdrd67M0/видео.html
Thank youuuu. Cool video
Karen Grassle...what a gem 💎 ❤
Thank you for this.
You're so welcome!
This is such great footage!! It's like nothing has changed in 50 years, as far as the scenery! Totally random question but just curious as I do not live in CA but NC, instead. About how far is Simi Valley from Los Angeles?
Simi Valley is about 45 minutes outside of Los Angeles.
It's a shame they blew up the set on the last episode
It warms my heart to see so many young people in the audience. 😊
Don’t have some Perry with my childish show. It has just turned 50 and I have just turned 50 my children watched it. My grandchildren are watching it. It’s a beautiful show and I never get tired of it. It was in the TV industry and love this job one of his first jobs to hold a key card for Michael Landon for bonanza when I was a kid I had no idea what bonanza was I used to get him dad his name is Charles and he would laugh and say his name is Joe And I don’t know his name is Charles, and he would laugh and say his name is Joe this went on for years finally I got old enough that I could read the beginning credits and see Michael Landon for the first time who is Michael Landon, my mother, mom, who is Michael Landon and she laughed and said ask your father, so I went to my father and said Daddy who is Michael Landon, and he laughed and said he’s Joe and Charles so for the rest of my life, the joke was Joe Charles and Michael. Congratulations. This show has accomplished something, no other show could values faith, family family turmoil just can’t get that today. Enjoy your day. You deserve it Michael’s watching.
I always Loved Little House on the Prarie... and the cast was fun, and Amazing!!!❤❤❤😊😊😊
That long a ss line...no thank you
😂
Thank you so much for sharing. How unbelievably lucky you were to experience this. Karen's story about kissing Michael was hilarious. 😂 Loved this show so much since I was a child in the early 80s. Used to watch it all the time here in Norway. The show will survive us all.
👋🏻 Hello Norway! Thank you for your comment! Indeed, the show will survive us all.
is it possible that we can still have a remastered version of every episode in television, youtube or netflix?
***requesting /wishing from the PHILIPPINES❤️❤️❤️
So wish I coukd be there!!😢
Love how people came in costume!!! This was incredible. I'm getting choked up watching this!
I recently found pictures of myself as Laura Ingalls for Halloween in 1978 or 79. I actually looked more like I was trying to be Mary, though. 😊
😂
Long history of film and TV production in Simi and surrounding areas. Wonder if Moorpark Community College offers any classes on media production and/or the areas history in that field.
If they don't, they should!
I think they need to make every human on this planet, watch and learn Little House. Not necessarily the Spiritual Faith as everyone has the right to their own belief systems, But… the Moral Values. How everyone helped each other, there were no “conspiracy theories”, children were children and played outside, families worked together to better their family, when a member of their community needed help, the community got together and HELPED them. The world needs MORE Little House on the Prairie ❤ (but we can leave the lack of women’s rights of the 1800’s back in the 1800’s 😉)
Couldn't agree more!
Thank you SO much for posting this! Going to the reunion and the tour would have been a dream come true. Sadly for me, I live in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 and getting there would have been quite the trip 😂 It was wonderful seeing where all the buildings that made up Michael Landon’s “Walnut Grove”, brought back all the memories of all the episodes! One day, hopefully 🤞🏼, I’ll get a chance to visit where the set once stood ❤ LHOTP = the best show ever and a huge piece of my heart and soul ❤
En k parte de E. U. SE ENCUENTRA..? mucha nostalgia....
Thank you for sharing your wonderful thoughts Amy! ❤️

70s Gold and the Waltons But when John boy left it wasnt that good any more then in 1980 NO THANKS
I just got emotional when the crowd was cheering for Karen Grassle. Love her so much. ❤️
Does anybody remembers the bridge? Sometime around Season 5 of the show, a bridge was added to the fictional town of Walnut Grove to make it look bigger. The actual bridge is located at Disney’s Golden Oak Ranch and not at Simi Valley but they edited in such a way the it seemed effortlessly nearby the town of Walnut Grove. People who grew up in the 70’s would remember the bridge from “Crowhaven Farm” TV Horror, “The Greatest American Hero”, and “Charlie ‘s Angels.” ruclips.net/video/pvAgL_yu4ts/видео.htmlsi=5zzaXaC2WjqDJQIy
EVERYTIME I HEAR THIS OPENING SONG I GET GOOSEBUMPS , SUCH A GREAT SHOW, IT WAS A MAGICAL TIME , I MISS ALL THOSE WHO DEPARTED , 😢SUCH GREAT MEMORIES OF WALNUT GROVE , AND THE INGALLS

Thank you so soo much for uploading this video❤
If I just could have attended this Little House event, it would have been life complete. Such an amazing heartfelt show.
Y'all remember the big log by the creek at the Ingalls house? It had laid there for many many many years after the show ended and was still there a few years ago but it's gone now. That old log was part of the history of this famous TV show. Hope it was saved by someone but I doubt it.
Hey, is the little bridge still there that went into /out of the town?
No, unfortunately.
The cardboard church was sitting back further. The mercantile was turned more to the left side of the screen showing the right side of the real building.
I was a fan for many years
It would have been so cool if the cast members had dressed in their characters they played.
I grew up watching Little House too. I think I was in the first grade. We watched every episode till the last.
LOVE The Little house on the Prairie. I still watch the same episodes over and over. I have all the DVD's , and the show comes on 3 times in the mornings of Monday thru Friday. My dad called me Halfpint too. I wish more people would watch it, and live the same way. Great actors and actresses. Can't believe they have been on for over 50 years.
Awesome!!
Thank you so much for sharing I too loved this show
🙂
