Enything on the ca2721 coad the new update seem to have create.
I went through this process via the Wiki. I have a FULL_ADC-IDL_ADC value of less than 100,000. It says "check the belt tension and module screw installation". I'm guessing this means check for loose screws, but where is that module?
I would try to recalibrate it again with the printed tool, I had the same error at first.
When I get to the left side calibration, I get this error after entering the first Y command !! {"code":"key715", "msg":"Belt tension module strain gauge not calibrated abnormal: 'mdly'", "values": []}
@@hbnraged2224 Creality released a new firmware update today that addresses various system issues, which might include the calibration error you're experiencing. I recommend updating your printer to the latest firmware. You can find the update on Creality's official website, along with step-by-step installation instructions. Additionally, the K2 Plus has a built-in calibration feature for the belt tension module. After updating the firmware, try running the built-in calibration through the printer's menu. This may realign and recalibrate the strain gauge, resolving the error. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to let me know. I'd be happy to help!
Hey! I got a problem so when I try to print the filament isn’t coming oht of the nozzle to its full extent even tho it isn’t clogged or anything do you know what the problem would be?
Could be several issues, first thought is your temperatures, can you force feed filament though when it's hot? Are you using the CFS or just the K2?
@ cfs and everything works fine just won’t extrude to its fullest
@Lil_Nuggy243 that is a known issue from what I am seeing, most commonly their is debris in the gear that has to be removed. The other looks like it was fixed by Creality today with a firmware update

Sigh.. just got mine and got a CA2710 error but wasn't overly concerned about running through this except the link to the very tool listed in their wiki has been removed from their site.. seriously can't make this stuff up.

Thank you for reaching out genuinely really appreciated. Thankfully someone on the Creality forums had it and after some quick calibrations I seem to be off and running. :)

is this printer really that bad??
I'm looking at getting the K2 Plus because of the large build plate. My 2 Creality Ender 3 V2 printers worked great for beginner printers. I like my QIDI Q1 Pro but would like to print larger prints, that's why I'm looking at the K2 Plus. Thank you for the video. One thing, turn you phone sideways when recording to get a larger picture. It looks like we're looking through a door.
Why is this needed? I thought the printer calibrates this automatically with a motor?
It does, but sometimes (as electronics do) they need calibrated, especially in early production
