Cheers mate! Yeah really enjoyed it! I think next year, we're planning to do the Epic on the Friday, enjoy the festival on the Saturday, hire some bikes etc... Then race the Intro (4 stages) on the Sunday, then can optionally head home Sunday night or chillout and leave Monday morning. Thoroughly recommend it!

Faster this year... 2023 Epic I got 22m 34s and this year was 22m 15s. So not much faster, but still faster :) Stage 3 was longer than 2023 too (Think it went back to where it finished in previous years)

Epic is always blind.

@@pytek23 I guess that's why it's the first race to become available for the reserves.

@markvernon1218 it is challenge category,no prize for fastest time etc.In theory more chilled, trails shared with riders doing practice runs on 3 stages.So from competition point of view epic is least attractive.

@@pytek23 ok thanks, we're not too bothered tbh as it's our first time there but the sections are still timed I believe so we can have some fun between ourselves on a course that's not yet been hammered 👍.

Hi mate, on an eebs I can't imagine it takes long to get to the top. I don't have one so can't really comment, but I'm gunna guess in turbo mode, probs 20 mins tops? There is a fire road that runs next to the trail that takes you to the top (Beast of Burden).... Sorry I can't help much more than that... Oh there are also e-bike short cuts too, like steep climbs...

Thanks mate! Yeah I think there were quite a few that overshot the finish on S3! Apparently in previous years it finished further down closer to the refill station. Hope you enjoyed it!

Yeah GoPro - For this I think it was 1080p 60 or 120pfs wide angle... My more recent videos (by vid title not upload date) I've been using 4k 30fps wide angle. Hope that helps!
