Super Saiyan 3's intense energy drain would be less of an issue, and by achieving godly forms, he’d gain the strength and efficiency needed to keep up with a powerhouse like Kefla. Given Goten and Trunks’ hybrid Saiyan potential, along with training insights from Whis or Goku, Gotenks could even maybe devolop his own Sorta Original Transformation

I don't think this game has those 2 Options, If you look at 1:42 I turned it to the Highest Settings but still it runs really well on a 1650ti, and aside from that it's sooooooooo Beautiful MAN. my wait for 17 years for Tenkaichi 4... its so Dope, the Developers put their love into this.

gtx cards dont support dlss and this game does not have any upscalers the game is locked at 60fps like other bandai namco titles
