Hi! Do you think that the butterfly glides well over a little terrain such as cobble stone or tiles like in the video?! How do you feel it works in uneven terrain? Obviously it is a very compact travel stroller so i wouldnt excpect it to be perfectly suited for that. But do you feel any bigger issues with it regarding that since we might take the stroller out to the park for example.

Nice idea but I need workout clothes which natural fibers aren’t good for. They can actually cause skin damage because they don’t wick sweat away and don’t dry easily.

Thank you for sharing your experience in such detail. I have close family members that have given birth and none have spoken about these things. They just tell me the usual info like how long it took, if they had complications and that it took some time to recover. I never know what to ask and this video answered questions I didn’t even know I had. It also made me feel more confident thinking about whenever that day comes when God blesses us with a baby.

So happy for you and your family! Praise God! I had a very similar experience with my son’s birth! I had him a month ago, he’s my first baby and it was by far the coolest thing I’ve ever done! I started having contractions and had him all within 11 hours, it was so fast and very smooth. Throughout my pregnancy I was praying for a smooth and quick labor and that’s exactly what I had! Also for a calm baby and God answered all of my prayers, he’s so good 🙌 I did go to the hospital but that is what I wanted. I hired a doula, best decision 💯 the room had a huge bathtub and I spent about an hour in there, I didn’t give birth in the tub but in hindsight I’m glad I didn’t. I started my contractions at 11pm ish. (from the very beginning) and within an hour they were 2-3 minutes apart and my husband started freaking out haha! I was trying to get ready to go to the hospital but every other minute I had to lay down on the floor and try to work through my contractions. When we got home a few days later I found random pillows scattered throughout my house! A midwife checked me in triage and I was 3 cm and 80% effaced. I couldn’t sit down, I just wanted to lay flat or lean on my husband or the bed. My doula was amazing at distracting me and encouraging me to breathe, she was an angel! I think I got to the hospital around 4am and a few hours after arriving I think I got into the tub and it was more challenging for me to work through the contractions in there. I was moving all around mostly on all fours and stretching one leg out and rotating my hips during the contractions in the tub. After like an hour of that I told my doula I was about to have diarrhea in the tub and I needed to get out to go to the bathroom. She urged me to get checked because I told her I have an immense urge to push (I actually started pushing because I couldn’t control the urge. Pushing during the contraction of course) They checked me and I was 10cm and ready to go! So I got onto the bed and tried pushing on all fours but found relief pushing on my side. I started on my left side and flip flopped a few times. My husband held a fan on my face and a cold cloth, he was so supportive and kind! My doula was pressing on my back and wherever else I asked her. Between the contractions I didn’t really have pain so I was able to talk and crack jokes throughout! They told me at the end I was the “most alert pushing person they’d ever seen.” I kept thinking about Dwight in the Office when he says “I’m crowning! I’m crowning!” They didn’t get the reference but I was laughing about it 😅 and also the part where Michael Scott is yelling in the woods “I have hemorrhoids!!!” I didn’t yell that out loud though because I didn’t want to seem weird to the people who have never seen the show! I pushed for maybe 2.5 hours, my water also didn’t break, the top of his head kept coming in and out for each push. It felt like I was pushing a pillow. It wasn’t super painful but it took a while. I was getting tired but he was getting closer and at 10 am he was out! He brought his left arm out with his head 🥴 I had a 1 degree tear. It wasn’t that bad and I look pretty normal down there a month later. I expected everything to look super different but it actually doesn’t for me! I had one stitch and that didn’t feel great but it was fast! Unfortunately my baby had to spend a few days in the nicu due to meconium aspiration but lots of people were praying for him and he made tremendous progress overnight and his lungs were basically clear the next day! We’re home and happy now, he’s such a good boy, In the hospital I was already thinking about my next baby because it was such a great experience! Except for the nicu part :( We’re so grateful and thankful for a healthy baby and an incredible birth experience!!
