So I got the full rut kit that came with the Mondo, my issue i noticed was that when i shoot to my left and downwards, the bottom portion of my bow string hits my bridge rope. Am I doing some wrong with the ropes, or do i just need to adjust the way I shoot and position myself?

The leg straps you’re using really need to be significantly tighter! Any time you have a climbing or fall harness on one of the worst things to do is have the straps loose. Yes, it’s more comfortable. But if you actually fall the excess material will allow it to slip further up your crotch and engulf your nether regions, then whenever it gets tight it cause an evulsion. Basically it will crush your dick and balls. Keep the straps high and tight to prevent this. Also, those other straps are so if you do fall out of the tree you can use them to step up to relieve tension from your legs & prevent compartment syndrome.

Which sticks are these? Also where did you get the belt loop stick attachments? Awesome vid btw man. Very informative

there is a thin strap that comes rolled up on the right side of the lineman's belt loop. Is that used for anything specific?

So, if I buy the 200$ kit the only other thing I’d need is climbing sticks to get me up in a tree correct?

This video was great. Thanks for the information it helped a lot. I’ve seen a lot of guys talk about doing away with the prusik knot and instead just buying a ropeman ascender like they use for rock climbing. Do you have any experience with that or do you know where you would use that? On the tether or the bridge? Any info helps.
