What type exhaust you running n mod list
And it takes a one of a kind man to teach his woman such that's a man thinking ahead
Try doing AC compressor and value intake or the crank sensor hubby has to get hands dirty on that one to help with belt these videos make me happy knowing woman are doing the dam thing 🙌🏋️♀️💪
I just did mine today well took them.both apart cleaned and found out my front one is bad but yes it's easy as one two 3 but the back one is a bit harder to get to at an angle but woman power we got this 🙌
Now do the back one...
Do you have to reset the code??
@@jameerj5733 For me I did have to, I just unplugged the positive battery terminal for a minute and the engine light turned off.
🦍best asmr
I took the plastic clip off and CAN NOT get the dang wire to pull off the solenoid.
Instructions weren’t clear my car honks now every time I hit a pothole
What was your error code?
So I yanked the wires out of my cam position sensor and couldn't figure out what wire went where, until I found your video. Thanks for posting this!
Thanks for this! We just did this job and fixed p0013 right away only cost $60 for the part
This was the exhaust cam pos sensor. Intake should be same place on the opposite side of the engine for those who are wondering
I bought both. Did the front easy. The back one though. I will wait for my day off. My code was p0013. So I did the front one like I mentioned. Both camshaft position actuators and only missing the back one. I just wanted to change all related parts. Why not.
Okay so can you please clarify. It will be the SAME sensor for the front & the back. And when you say opposite side of the engine can you please give me extremely specific location because I'm dumb 🤣
..That was the best video ...thank you😊
Why is my main light clip stuck😅 corrosion isn’t possible there’s absolutely no evidence anywhere of it elsewhere
She is freaking hilarious.
You're freaking hilarious 😅❤
What cam is this?
Leave ol girl in the house next time
There's really two that's the easy one the other is on the bottom backside of that air compressor it's a mutha...
Thanks we needed this!
What was issue?
Learn how to talk
Was this the p0366 code?
thats what im wondering its kinda hard to find videos on it
😂😂🙏 premium content right here
I have the same issue on my moms car..code is the camshaft sensor..after it's replaced shouldn't have anymore problems
Sounds amazing🔥
So I don’t need to set piston 1 at TDC, align timing marks, or any of that to replace a camshaft sensor? I’m so confused why this thing “breaks.”
😍😍😍❤❤❤👏🏻
Wow now your mustang is even gayer
Siccc
Dumb
Выпендреж.
Sweet
Just to add, cuz I was puzzled and didn't want to break it off, the white piece is also the thing you press down on to release the sensor
Thank you 😊
Thanks for the quick vid! I really was about to take the bumper apart if you hadn't showed me the clips
What was your problem and did that fix it
Why u gotta be so ignorant just make a simple video without cursing so much
So you disconnect the battery before you do anything, and also how tight did you tight the bolt hand tight???
It's a good idea to always disconnect the battery if you're working with wiring. Also to reset the codes. Hand tight don't over do it.
How did you reset the codes?? Thank you for reply
@@edgarcoronado6046 disconnecting the battery will reset the codes or you could just have them cleared with a handheld scanner at a local parts store
@@Parkerrainier thank you for reply
Stop cursing like a wild animal
One thing id add to put the oil cap back on while working with the cover off . Great video .Nice and simple :)
That white piece is a lock. You have to just slide it up then you can press the release for the plug.
What was the code?
P0010 Intake camshaft position actuator circuit / open (bank 1)
@@chriskibbe2901 what was the symptoms??
@@got2getit204 drove fine, but the pesky check engine light bothersome
So you changed the camshaft position sensor instead of the vvt solenoid that is the camshaft position actuator
And if there’s dirt what that means
It literally means that you should change your oil more often
Hey do you remember how miles you had on it when you replaced that? Mine has just about 60k and the fuckin thing just went. Replacing it tomorrow morning
This had about 120000 at the time it went out
mine has 70k and I just had to replace mine 🙄
@@mollyhumphries1585 yeah mine turned out it was a solenoid that was triggering that code... so if you are getting that code be careful these motors have timing chain issues that cause a blown motor. My motor went literally a couple days after I posted this. Very Very common on these!
@@schwartzcolin50 oh no shit? did you run a code on it? if so, what was the code?
@@mollyhumphries1585 I did..and I can't remember the exact code but I can tell you a really easy way to check and how I checked and found out my motor was going. There are two solenoids on the front and back over your motor both super easy to get to and check. One is the exhaust solenoid and the other is the intake solenoid. What they are is basically a filter that has a magnet in them.. if you take them out and there is any metal on them at all (tiny metal flakes) your timing chain is going and that motor is slowing dying... I pulled mine after a mechanic told me I was getting that code because of them.. after I found metal on them was told from multiple different mechanics at different shops my motor was going to be toast very soon. One recommended I buy the two solenoids and swap them in my self and trade it in to a dealer. Which I did I got 7 grand total for the fuckin thing with only 60 damn K on it. Put it all down on a new f150 lol
There are two ur missing one
Where is the second one ?
ya Im searching for the 2nd camshaft sensor location now .Having a hard time finding it atm online .
The second is a crankshaft sensor and it's behind the engine. VERY hard to change.
OMG whats up with girls and star bits? They are called torx bits.
😂
Did you really have to ask? Lol.
Good job on the video! We had the same exact problems....Broken piece and all !!
yo why is the guy recording breathing so heavy in the beginning?
