This was among my very top black metal albums of 2023, along with Goatmoon, Moonlight Sorcery, Taake, Enslaved (I don't consider them black metal but I fucking love them), Tsjuder, Kvelgeyst, Ophanim, Helleruin, and Funeral Winds.

How can a few simple notes blend to create a masterpiece like this!??

I didn't really give the new album much of a listen but this made me revisit it and I'm blown away.

The opening lines meant something different for me since i know this song. And in my personal life i feel something similar to what i can see in this lyrics video. The Storm, indeed, is coming. And others knew it, but others refusing to see it. And as i contact with more and more people, the feel inside me grows stronger, that, yes. Something is coming. in the next 4-5 years. The signs are already there, and indeed, others are refusing to see it.
