If you go back to the first interview around 21:09-20:11...when he's talking about the guy who was praying...notice his whole demeanor changed...very similar to the end of part 1 when he's choking back tears about his family. I served in the United States Navy for 6 years and believe me I have seen my fair share of remorseless people who don't have the ability to empathize with anyone or anything. I am willing to bet my soul that the guy he's talking about is actually someone he killed and the individual reminded him of his experience as an abused child. As much as I hate to say it, but if there was anyone who should have been sentenced to a mental hospital it was him....oh believe me I am not a fan, but I also believe that some people have been involved in traumatic events so severe that they later become infected by them....so much to the point they become violent. Remember....it's almost the exact same thing as most of my brethren have gone through during service...except in this case...this was a kid who along with his brother new only violence.
