I installed the exact set today on my 8th gen si and the DRL stopped working but the highbeams still work. I think I like it better without the DRL cause it has a yellow reflection.

I know I should but I've never used a crush washer on mine. I've had oil leaks from multiple places but never there.

Why I’ve seeing most Honda’s use this Castrol edge extended performance? On their k20 or 24 engines I have a 05 Crv and I’ve using Mobil 1 but I want to know how that oil is so I can try out soon noticed the Mobil 1 burned more oil like before to get the 5k it burns like 1 quart already

Use a K&N filter with the nut on the end for easier filter removal , and its a superior filter compaired to OEM & 90% of the filters available. I only use Pennzoil Ultra platinum full synthetic (24$ @ walmart online) & K&N filter , oil looks clean after 4k mi , & improves mpg a little.

Attempting to remove the filter today without taking the wheel off.
