    Your not bending the knees for your deadlift. I also did this at the beginning of my training and it kinda messed up my back but your supposed to bend the knees at first like a squat and keep you chest up. It also helps to grab the bar one way and use your other hand to grab it the other way. And then push with your feet shoulder with the part. Not trying to be rude just trying to help you achieve your goals better

    If you want to target hamstrings ....then stiff leg deadlift is best exercise! I suggest some variation...while going down with barbell.... increase distance between your legs and barbell. I e barbell shouldn't be close to your body( i e thighs)
