I do buissness with Sweetwater almost exclusively. Thus far i have never had any issues. The customer service has been spot on so far. Keep rocking!!!

I do believe I would avoid that store in Clearwater like the plague. Everything there is either an inconvenience to the employees or just plain poor communication skills. Saving a few bucks isn't worth the aggravation! Did you sell the other amp?

I really like the look of a Les Paul Standard, especially in Cherry Burst. The humbuckers in the Truibute are a 48 and a 490. Burst and Pro Buckers might be better, but it depends on a lot of things. I'm still GASing for aTribute.

I'd like that thang to have mirrored humbucker covers. It would be the final touch!

Earliest time of day I sold a guitar-the gold top- was 5AM. The guy lived 75 miles away and had to go to work 30 miles away. Love that zebra Ebony. Would look really good on a Les Paul shape.

I bought a Chibson back in 2015 when a lot of the hype first started, just out of curiosity. It’s a lemon burst. Replaced the tuners, bridge, nut, and pickups (it had Epiphone pick ups in it). Played it quite a bit, then put it in the case and in storage. I have two real LPs and a Strat I play most of the time. A month ago I came across the Chibson and pulled it out. It was still in tune! It sounds awesome. I’ve been playing it everyday through my Spark amp. Love that guitar.

Bought a new guitar a few months ago, went in and tried it the fret wire had some sort of residue/ overspray. I hand a down payment on it since it had to get shipped from another store, and asked for it to be corrected. 2 weeks later I go in there and get it back and I was satisfied with what was fixed, but wanted to still test it and make sure it worked. The employee who sold it to me basically hovered around me the whole time. It just seemed like he wanted me to get out as soon as possible with that move. I felt uncomfortable but still went home with the guitar

GF is very scammy business. Bought a defective unplayable SBS guitar (bad neck angle and too shallow tret edges) and they charged me $60 shipping to return it. They pointed towards their policy saying it doesn't matter what condition the guitar is in. Any company with that policy are aware they're selling very cheap and defective product.

Sounds like crap........or maybe that's just your abysmal playing.

That is not a 1988 guitar. Epiphone released the Les Paul Standard and Les Paul Custom models in 1989 (made by Samick in Korea). For a year or so they had a tapered open book headstock similar to a Gibson headstock but slightly narrower with the serial number on a sticker on the upper rear of the headstock. In 1990 or 1991 they went to the headstock that is seen on your guitar about the same time as they opened their own factory in Korea.

Guitar Max responded to viewers whining by going unedited. He puts his cheap guitars through less expensive amps to make the point that cheap does not sound bad. Your phone mic works the same as any mic. It's picking up what the amp is putting out.

Just got my Eart E-TT and love it. I bought a eart headless guitar as well and it is amazing guitar for the price. I also have the HB fusion that you have and I like it and I love the flamed Canadian roasted neck but I like the feel of the Eart guitars a little more.

I never thought I would start something new at 60, but I have. The past couple years, I've worked with him making music videos. We share WAV files over the internet and he puts together the "band." He lives in Suffolk, England and this couldn't have happened 10 years ago. Try it!

Noice! Question about your pedals not working: have you tried powering them on with nothing else in the chain directly to your amp? My daisy chain craps out at 6 pedals, not giving out enough juice so a 2nd daisy chain is needed. Just wondering.

These days, many new guitarists literally don't have room for amps and pedals, but they already have a phone. So, yeah, something like a Sonicake Matribox for $100 is what they go for. They play it through their headphones because of noise complaints.

When I was a teenager in high school playing outdoor parties I lugged a full Marshall stack around, I don't know how we did it. In the back of a Chevrolet El Camino.
