New fiancée recently arrived in USA from Africa. No money or assets. Can their being new in USA be used as not having equal bargaining powers? Can their desperately needing a visa to stay in USA count as that they signed in duress (because if they didn’t marry the prenup requesting partner they would be in violation of their visa and subject to deportation) Does that count as duress? Do both parties have to have a lawyer? What if neither does? Thanks

This is very bad and inaccurate advice! You are making a very general statment that doesnt cover all circumstances and the answer is that you can infact get a passport without the other parents concent if you meet the correct criteria! I am very glad i continued searching after I saw this because my situation fell under one of these circumstances. Thanks for nothing lady!

Ok so I got married because my gandmother died and I had to fly to another country and marriage license was going to to expired so we got married in a hurry and that same day I left the country. When I was in the other country I received a message from a woman that said was living we the man I married and that she had been living with him for years. So I went back to US and got all my stuff from the house Ibwas renting and left to another state. Till this day they still live together and we are still married. Can I get an annulment and if yes what option should i choose, fraud or mental illness??? We never lived together this happened almost 5 years ago and I now have a 2 year baby with another men
