I always thought that like attracts like and if we kept our vibration high that nothing could get to us. I also suffer sleep paralysis since a child to this day. When it comes these beings are "touching me" I have learned to make noise & my husband will wake me up and I will call on Angels and hold onto my husband for dear life. ❤ When this happens and its almost monthly its terrifying, very dark and what they are doing to me is not o.k. I have never told anyone. My husband just thinks its nightmares. I think I need help.😅

Brad is my teacher and mentor since 2015. He has taught me so much. He has so many techniques for free on his sight. Can you imagine how many women in labor would benefit from the breathing techniques offered? No more medication, no more epidurals which damage the spine as you age. Women are in so much pain through the intense ongoing situation of child birth. Many hours of excruciating pain that get very intense through each passing minute as the child slips down the birth canal. Just imagine a woman learning this technique, and mastering it. No more pain. No more focusing on the pain once your in that relaxed state. It would put big pharma out of business and the anesthesiologist will no longer be needed. The anesthesiologist is the most loved individual on the face of this planet too. Lamas class teaches you breathing right? Well think again. Their techniqes are totally backwards because if it worked then 95% of women in labor would have no need for any medication whether it be a demoral shot or an epidural. Trust me, after a while its all about the epidurals nothing else. I had to put this info out there because the techniques Brad provides is amazing. I'm one of his biggest fans and I have the bedding he spoke about. It worked for me. I have a 6 year old grandchild and a 9 year old and both target my bed and want to lay in it, and I have never spoken to them about the bed because they are just children. They wouldn't understand. However, they are attracted to my bed and even they claim its the most relaxing bed. ❤❤ Again, just had to throw that out there 👍☺
