Great video. Really pleased I did not neuter my male PWD dog. Nearly caved in over pressure of prostate cancer. Booked my dog for op but met a wonderful vet who reassured me that 6 monthly checks would be recommended. He is over 10 years old and as has never been unwell, just an grass seed in his paw and an neighbours aggressive dog escaped ran onto our drive and attacked his leg. Thinking of moving him to Agria pet insurance.

Love the attention paid to ticks and lyme disease, thank you. One correction, though - putting tick medicine on a dog alone is often not enough to prevent lyme disease. Dog owners living in rural areas or places with tall grass should perform manual tick checks of their dogs once coming back inside or bathe them (submerging ticks in water kills them). My father and I have both had lyme disease from our dogs and this is the advice all of our lyme doctors have given us. Thanks for shedding light on this very important issue.

I was stroking a cat under her chin. She let me do it for almost a half minute before she bit me and jumped quickly to another spot. I realized I was doing it for too long. Plus she was a breeding cat and had a low physical tolerance as far as how long to be touched and where. I think she had 3 or 4 litters. So certain places on her stomach were a definite no no to be touched.

I have a outside cat that was feral and I tamed her.She lays on the steps of the night time and she wants me too pet her.She keeps rubbing up against me.When I quit petting her and just set there she hisses and bites and scratches me.What is wrong with her?

My roommates cat has now attacked me for the 4th time. He gives me all the consent cues, he rubs against my leg so I pet him, then he lays down while putting for more pets and I pet him more. When I walk away he literally chases me down wraps his whole body around my leg and bites and grips down and doesn’t let go. If you have any answers I’d greatly appreciate it

How much does it cost per month for medium sized dog approx. I'm not going to contact you until I get that estimate.

I have just emailed Agria and asked that someone from the company views customers' comments and adds some feedback!!

Both of my dogs are insured with Agria. I think that the advert is OK BUT I think it should highlight the lifetime cover feature earlier on. As mum to two rescued dogs, I think that the advert is wrong in playing the typical puppy or kitten scenario; rescue is the way forward now if we want to stop puppy farms and unlicensed breeders! Agria ONLY provide pet insurance. I have had no problems in getting my claims settled but they MUST improve the length of time it takes to settle. One point to consider is they will deduct a percentage of the claim if you dog is over 7 years and so on. However, that said I shall be staying with them!

I insured my pets all my life. Only heard about Agria when adopting a rescue German Shepherd!!!! Only needed help with my animals in their last year of life then find out the excess and what is not covered ie euthanasia. So great that you state upfront what is covered . I am now insured with you and hopefully wont need help for 14 to 15 years if all goes well. Will recommend you Thanks.

I unfortunately have heard of several delayed repayments. It would be nice to know that Agria pays out as prompt as other insurers. It would be good to hear other customer opinions.

One of our cats has been insured with Agria all his life. Has suffered with various conditions at times. Cover has been there for us.

We have Agria Insurance for our 9 year old Jack Russel we adopted last year from Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home, Agria work in conjunction with the home and cover you immediatly you leave there for I think a week then its half price for the first month. My dog had a trauma with her teeth, she broke one and cracked another, these were removed by the Vet and Agria covered two thirds of the cost. You do have to pay an excess and a little more, however the excess is much cheaper than say Tesco pet insurance as I checked it out before going with Agria.

You should also state that after a certain time period is it 3 years? That customers not only have a excess to pay but also a percentage of the bill
