The real lab work is a methylation panel which none of these Dr. Doolittle's wanna get involved with. It tells you what's workin' and what ain't. Private pay for the test is about $500. Insurance might cover it. Stay H2O hydrated and keep away from the spuds and assorted goodies....they're just empty calories. Make an effort to be around to protect those you care about. You are a man, just like me, and we know the weight we carry on our shoulders, responsabilities, sometimes just moving and not paying attention to us, to what we go through. I believe that your thought is: "It's just the not the time yet." Or "I just don't want to." I know you're trying your best but I just ask you to not forget about yourself, man. Your life matters too. Many times, living more than stacking things and worrying about future stuff. Don't forget to live the present, the moment. To go out and have a pic-nic on the park with your wife even with your brain telling that you must finish this or buy that. You've been throigh so much hardship already. Allow yourself to enjoy, not to worry about the future for 1 hour, 2 hours, just thinking about you. Self-love, not selfish. You deserve and you need those moments too. Ugh!!!!! Thankfully, gas only went up 5 cents today to $4.90 here in San Diego, Commiefornia at CostCo. Last week it went from $4.60 to $4.85 at CostCo. They are the lowest around. Even lower than Arco.

The "newcomers" weren't vaxxed or vetted so they won't be the ones eating dirt. BTW, a UPS system will offer protection from a surge but won't last too long after that. IMO, a gas generator along with a power station (that's protected) should do the trick in the event of no power. Gotta get plenty of fuel, though (gas should be more available than propane or diesel). To save on gas just run the generator to charge the power station when you need to.
