You get the opportunity to go inside a lava tube that has solidified after the various eruptions that have taken place in Lanzarote. The cave is visited with guided tour and last for one hour and it’s really interesting to learn about the island volcanic history.

Two of my favourite exercises for my back muscles, lateral pull down and single arm dumbbell row. Remember it doesn’t happen overtime but it takes months or years get results and requires good nutrition and consistency.

I do leg day and glutes workout 3 times a week. Building my muscles without any supplements. Setting up the weights with limited equipment is not easy especially I don’t have a stepper to elevate the bar. Dog on heat once a year or depends on a size of dog but mostly small ones they do once a year

You are a beautiful lady it's plain to see! Your gorgeous dog you said I'd 2 1/2 years of age. I'm just curious why she has not been spayed at this age? Do you breed with her from time to time?
Before we wanted to breed, but she is booked for spayed it's just happened her liver is high when the vet did her blood check, on antibiotics for a month, after a month waiting review the blood still high liver and vet doesn't to go ahead for the surgery so decided to change her food which is good her liver that is recommended from vet and back on antibiotics. There's a lot of things to consider and we do love her so much and treat her like my baby.
