So true, everything is much clearer with pen and paper. It’s like doing complex math on a computer, easier to write it out and see how things connect
So recognizable 😊, it remains a journey with struggles and fails. But in the right direction. And that’s what keeps me at least going.

@VeraStrategist let's take "don't spend life looking for happiness" and "happiness is the point of life" for example. Both are true, because looking for happiness inherently makes you feel like you lack it, HOWEVER that doesn't mean that the other is wrong, as happiness is a big point of life! The important thing to take away is that you savor all joy that comes to you, but don't spend every waking moment seeking it. They're like stipulations to each other, if that makes sense

@@VeraStrategist That's a whole discussion you're opening right there😅. In relation to your video I felt it was too much of a bundle. This-> then this-> then this etc. In the end there's some truth about coping mechanisms and how it becomes outdated at some point, but it doesn't make me feel sad or unmotivated. I feel grateful for what is there and what is good. If there's one suggestion I could make, it is simply to add 'maybe' in between your suppositions. This way I would be more inclined to take whatever resonates and consider what doesn't immediately. However, this is just me giving my two cents.
Hi! I have a question! I tell myself to do something like go to sleep early or anything but no matter what no words like stick to me in my head. I always ignore and I want to improve on it. What do I do?
Hey that’s a great question! So to actually go to bed when you want to, first pick the specific time in this case you want to go to bed, say it’s 11pm. You must make the pain of staying up later be more painful than going to bed on time. You gotta convince your brain that it is in its best interest to go to bed earlier, and you truly have to believe it. Now the reason we stay up late varies, I have when my days aren’t filled with what I want to do so then at night I try to maximize the time where I’m no longer told what to do. Is this helpful? @@VeraStrategist thanks so much! I do understand that but my brain always never gets tired. Even when I do sleep early my brain is itching for a phone or dancing or something that requires energy and does not help me sleep. It’s also not just the sleeping early situation it’s also doing my homework, not using my phone (I do have apps that are supposed to be the best and help with that but they don’t), basically anything that is considered lazy. I like to listen to music while I work which works 80% of the time but the other times I just end up dancing my head off. I don’t really know how to focus unless it is related to a game or something fun which I obviously can’t do in every situation like schoolwork or studying for a test last minute. Soooo yeah. Thx for replying quickly though!
@@anmolsworld1hey I hear you, getting done what we need to like homework is tough, sounds like you have a really healthy amount of energy and perhaps doing dance parties every hour with Tori word for 2 songs could be helpful in gamifying homework, every 25 minutes on = 5 minutes dance. By moving, our bodies are able to release feel good hormones and also stay healthy as well! In terms of scrolling, it’s been made to be so addictive, a trick that I use is asking myself “why am I scrolling right now?” And if I don’t have a good answer I go and do something else. Doom scrolling in bed is tough too, once you start it’s really hard to stop, I’ve tried fitting in phone time during the day that way once I’m getting ready for bed i can wind down instead of continuing to search for something
