Thank you so much! This was incredibly helpful. We've recently had our landscaping all redone with native plants and I want to maintain them properly. When looking online I was so unsure about what "prune to the ground" meant. As a novice gardener I don't want to kill my beautiful new plants, so I'm very grateful for your clear, concise instructions. It was also reassuring to see that my fuschias which are looking kind of sad post-flowering are healthy and supposed to look that way.
