As far as I understood, even if you are able to beat all the levels yourself, it would be beneficial if you use Alliance Help on the last 5 enemies, to share rewards with your Allies, so that you can all grow, and it will also save you the stamina at the end of the day. Would you give your thoughts on the matter, and whether that is really beneficial?
