You should consider using the analysis more carefully. I like to check all the suboptimal (or at least the bad) moves, and try to figure out why they are bad and see what the engine suggests as a better alternative. Here you mostly made your own assumptions, and they seemed quite flawed to me at times: just check with the built-in engine and you might learn more.

At 3:20, you still had Ne3, Nd3, Rxd3, h4 or b4, Rd1#. Also back where you could have taken the Knight or the Bishop with the pawn, you shouldn't have hesitated: even if the pawn is captured, it is only worth a third of a minor piece (also, since it was a check, it was actually the King that would have had to recapture and not the Rooks). Do note too that by leaving the pawn on d2 there, you are actually losing it to the simple Rxd2, and while you can recapture once, so can White.
