I love ❤️ your show. Dont stop. you two are GREAT! I grew up in Silicon Valley. My dad died young at 42 fr leukemia. His younger brother told him he’d watch over us and guide as well as my mom. But we were spoiled. He bought us season tickets to 49ers. Wow. We had no idea how FANTASTIC that was. I’m proud of Christian and the other players. I love hearing about his life growing up. His pics as a little boy is adorable 🥰 and it makes me smile thinking of my two kids. They r 30 and I love ❤️ looking at family album often. Your whole family is blessed to have a mom like you Lisa. Thank you so much for doing this podcast! As a Jew, I'm used to needing to be brave to step up for my values and stories, but it's so nice and validating to see you be brave and stick up for us too. So thank you so much for that. I am an American Jew living in Israel, and I keep my phone on at night just in case a siren goes off that I don't hear. My little brother doesn't want to sleep in his bed out of fear of missles, so he sleeps in our safe room bombshelter. There's still over 100 people being held hostage, and so much grief. It's super hard, and what people may not realize that it's not just about Israel, but the Jewish people as a whole. It effects everyone. I love how you brought up the holiday of Passover, because the main mitzvah of the holiday is "v'higadta l'bincha"- "You shall tell over to your son." The seder night is the time when one generation teaches the next generation of our past stories, the oppression that we've been through, and most of all, our resilience. So thank you for giving a voice to our story. 💙💙

Many late nights driving a van full of boys over the Santa Cruz mountains to the Farm to watch Stanford games…sweet pictures of Christian from his freshman, sophomore and junior year after games and in springtime with my boys now in college…PAC 12 championship game that he played incredible. Bought 49er tickets when rumors of the trade for CMC came. Even went to the sad Christmas Day game vs Baltimore…then watching this SB and feeling so defeated afterwards. At least Lisa has a wedding to look forward to💕💕💕 I realized it’s like I felt watching my boys compete in team sports in high school. I’m too invested to enjoy the games. I’m ready for baseball on the Farm. They’ll get to the College WS and lose to the SEC teams. Im ok with that because it’s awesome they ever get that far❤🌲⚾️🏈🏀⚽️🏐 I feel like that whenever the NFC plays the AFC. The AFC is just playing on a different level. I don’t expect SF to beat them now. Like if Stanford played the SEC…or USC playing Michigan. It is what it is and just making the playoffs May have to be enough. Now, with Harbaugh coaching the Chargers…AFC gets another powerhouse😢

I’ve been a 49er fan my whole life and this recent loss in the Super Bowl totally gutted me. I love these guys so much and I wanted it so badly for them. I can’t imagine what it must be like to be a mom of an NFL player who plays in the Super Bowl. I normally listen to sports talk radio during my commute and I can’t listen or read anything about the 49ers right now. How do you cope Lisa?

Got to get 2 sons rings now. Both boys on the Niners. LETS GOOO!!

Yes, I’m still in shock that we lost the SB! Such a great year especially with CMC and Brock! I’ve been a fan since 83 and saw 4 SB wins! I just wanted to celebrate so bad with my hubby&2 teenage sons whom are now Niner fans because of their mom!

The loss was shocking but we are over it! It was an amazing season. I loved it!

I can only imagine how hard it is for parents of players who get so invested (and this is one of the things I always love seeing and your podcast showcases). Even though me and many of my 49er faithful friends are still a bit in denial about the whole thing, and just ignoring any SB talk, at least we know the team will mostly be back next season.

Was very sad! But they will be back next year!

I am a football fan I like 31 of 32 teams and that one team has not been in the S.B. in 29 years and that make me feel awesome.
