www.lovingwholegrains.com See how quick and easy it is to mill whole grains into flour with the L'Equip Nutrimill.
Hi there, my name is Torey Torey Perschall.🥰. I am blind, a musician and I’m wanting to learn how to make bread with my Bosch mixer and how it works. How do you know when your Bosch is beading your bread?
Sorry so many were rude. Can you give a recipe for 2 loaves? I just bought a small Bosch and need a smaller recipe. You make it look so easy but I am struggling to make bread. Thanks
I wanted to see the loaves after they came out of the oven, and also when sliced.
Take off the finger rings
So are you saying our grandmothers and great grandmothers didn’t have busy lives? YOU do everything they did without modern conveniences and communications... see how you fair ...such a thoughtless statement... Seems even with a powerful machine and all the modern conveniences you couldn’t show the final product...maybe it didn’t turn out so well?
Can't I use the machine to make cake butter
Hello. I see a table top flour mill on your table. Is it so?? May I know which is that? And how much it costs? I am from Mumbai, India. Thanks
Too bad we didn’t get to see the finished product...😔
Best machine ever I ate bread made with the Bosch and it is delicious. Thanks for sharing. Butter the best for the mold
Dough is a really great counter cleaner.....its stickiness really gets down into all the thousands of microscopic cuts and gouges in the surface to suck out the bacteria and dirt which wipe cloths gliding across the surface cannot remove. Just remember not to eat it afterwards or......
Can you grind almond and make almond butter??
anyone else almost throw up when she pours in the milk?
Buttermilk.
useless video
Not completely useless, but there were some questionable parts for sure like when she was done mixing, it was at the rising stage but she said this is where you add left overs from your fridge lol lol what!!!!! What is she talking about.? Was she going to make supper and add it to the dough lol, one pot meal, bread and all plus dessert lol lol
Thanks for this great demonstration. At the end, after the loaves have risen in the oven, do you just keep the bread pans in the oven and turn up the temperature to 350? Or do you take the loaves out of the oven while it's preheating to 350?
Wow, what a disappointment. I’ve owned this machine for years and was hoping for some real tips.
WHY IS YOUR MILK LUMPY? OH GOD, WHY
It is buttermilk. Buttermilk can get lumpy due to its high fat content.
@@Jnaathra but she said it was milk im sure she must know the difference. I thought I was seeing things when i saw the milk being poured hahaha.
A stable camera would have made this way more watchable.
Would have loved to have seen the entire process and a nice sliced section of the finished bread.
It worked for me, well done. Thanks for sharing!
350 °C ??????
flosilk1 says 350F
662 °F =350°C come on now, don't be so silly
@@WannodsPlace Petit Con
such a problem to show us finished bread at the end :D gosh...
You always show the finished product. If not what is the point of doing a video?
I want to buy this machine Bosch makes very good products for European market, I never had one made for North American market so far...thanks for the video, interesting using milk as a liquid in France it's very common thogh
why should I use this over my blendtec blender?
That dough looked underkneaded to me, unless the extra gluten she added works some crazy magic, I expect the end product to be crumbly as chalk.
Butter doesn't work better for pan prep! A) Butter can burn and have the opposite effect! B) Butter contains water...and again will not have the release capabilities that and oil or vegetable based product has!
Not withstanding the fact that the machine looks quite good...this woman knows nothing about bread baking! Bread development come from mixing and will naturally become less sticky as this process continues. Hastily adding more flour to a dough (within reason) is not good practice. Bosch do yourself a favor, and hire professional bakers for your videos, so at least consumers are given accurate informatiom!
Bosch do themselves a great disservice in only having sales people and businesses using this machine on RUclips. I'd like to see real customers using this machine in their own kitchen. One thing is for sure, a real cook would knock the dough back and do a second rise and this video is disappointing in that respect and shows it as a hurried sales pitch
She definitely sounded rushed instead being relaxed and giving better or more instructions or something. Like other viewer's said, she should have showed end results. I hate the videos that suddenly just end but clearly they didn't finish the demonstration. Why even post a video except to waste people time. There os one video in particular i recently watched about the bosch vs KitchenAid, the dough was still mixing in both machines, he never said who made the better dough or anything he just stopped the demonstration.
Only one rise???
What kind of grain to use when I want a cake and pastry flour??
I wanna see the finish product too bad the video ended..
Did you know that there is an extender for the grain hopper? It is inside the flour canister! Just slip it out and pop it onto the top of your mill. Then you can easily add more cupe of grain at a time.
Very well done! Your demonstration had clarity with maximum utility. Thank you very much.
Seems like there was some information left out at the end. Does the 35 minute baking time include the time it takes the oven to increase from 200 to 350°. Or, do you take the bread out until the oven reaches 350°?
@@lbovee when the oben is at about 200°F Shut the heat OFF, Turn OVEN Off. Place loaves in oven, close oven door. After about 35 minutes loaves should have doubled in size REMOVE the loaves from oven. Set oven temp to 350°F. When set place loaves back into oven, close oven door. Bread should be done in about 35 mins. Remove from oven, remove from pans immediately so steam doesn't cause the loaves to become soggy on the bottom. Yucky. Let the loaves settle at least 10 mins before slicing
