First reaction is like 10% of the bosses, the rest is the second reaction

Best thing to do to get this feeling is swap to a different game. Was getting like this replaying SotE so i finally decided to pick up sekiro and the change in pace and game mechanics made it much more of a challenge but finally beating genichiro after a bunch of tries had me bouncing off the walls

Really just depends how many times they kill you. I got hyped after every rememberance boss besides regal ancestral spirit. While besides from draconic tree sentinels and bell bearing hunters i didnt rlly get too hyped about winning since its usually >10 attempts

Looks more of a beating a remembrance boss vs beating random side boss but yea I don’t think a side boss should be giving much excitement unless you’re doing a rl1 and had a tough time with a side boss🤔 Regardless, there are other remembrance bosses that’ll get you excited after when you beat them
