@@glennjones5596 you take the feed from the car. All your door speaker wires and run them to and amp or straight to your radio.your trying to avoid the bmw amplifier and ask unit which is the cause of you door speakers not working.
@@glennjones5596 I cut only the speaker wires from the harness. Tied new wires into them then ran them to my amplifier. You can run it straight to your radio if you want

I tapping into my ask unit and gonna hi-jack the speakers from there and i dont know if i wanna run them straight to the trunk or the double din🤔 but i wanna make sure i get enough wire for the whole job. And i also will be cutting my speakers from my L7 and running them to either the head unit or amp.Lmk bro
Oh ok... I bought a amp harness that hooks up to the L7 amp and it allows me to add a subwoofer but the bass from the aftermarket subs keeps getting low and high so I want to bypass it all together
Prowler Born planner audio u can use any amp I used 5 channel cause these 9 speakers. just make sure to turn it low and a just ur levels. if not a 5 channel use 2 4 channels. if u have an amp layinging around use it just turn power and bass all the way down and adjust
Mike Lang recently i had pure luck running constant power wire to my HU. I WANTED to avoid all the mess opening consoles so i decided to install the HU in the passenger side glove box. As u know it already has access to those fuses just centimeter above it. I learnt lessons from u not to give constant from cigarette lighter so instead i used the cigarette lighter fuse to just power on when i unlock or use the vehicle. The constant 12v i got from a neighboring fuse i don’t remember now but i can get it for u if you are interested.
If my logic 7 is not working of course there will still be power to it tho..... can I tap in those speaker wires still and have those speakers run off the aftermarket amp..... and if so what channel amp would I need.... and when I hook it up to the aftermarket amp will I still get voice out those speakers or just base
I think u kinda got that backwards but memory is yellow witch is 12v constant and I think u ment the green/black to the red wire behind the deck witch is 12v switched

I have another video you have to cut the wires in the trunk and feed them to your double din. Wires are behind ask unit and the amp in the trunk

update I had to run the power wire from the battery not the cigarette lighter due to it not saving memory on aftermarket radio.
