Goa Approach Roads with Abundant Greenery

This is an approach road to Goa. Thought of sharing this with you riders in case you want to take a different route other than taking a left from Hubli when going from Bengaluru. You basically need to get off the NH48 and take a left onto Tadas Road. This will bypass all the unconstructed parts before the ghats section start. One word of caution though, this route is pretty isolated.

Located barely 55 kms from Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Vanamma lake is a calm and serene lake which is easily accessible by both 2 and 4 wheelers. If you visit kindly take care not to litter. You can easily find this on Google Maps by just putting in the name.

This is a ride from Bangalore to Lake Sabbanhalli via NH44. I took the route through Whitefield. The Lake is easily located on Google Maps. The tarmac all the way to the lake which also passes through a village is pristine and has excellent visibility. There are lots of places to stop and eat. How does it look on you at your height? at 5'11" the speed 400 looked tiny on me. Hopefully this one looks more "right".
@@TheBlackSheepBoy it looks appropriate. The bike has a good stance. I’m 6 ft tall and I wasn’t dwarfing the bike at all.

Hi, slightly off-topic but I was just wondering if we can carry enough luggage for two people for a one week trip using only saddle bags and a tank bag.
@@WheelsOfZen thanks for commenting. The saddle bags featured here are Nomad by Rynox. If my memory serves me correctly then they are 45 litres each. I may be a bit off though. In real terms I have carried 10 days worth of clothing for myself in those along with a small backpack. So it should be doable.

@@pauloramalho4983 certainly. It's 182 cms to be precise. Please note that this bike had a set of handlebar risers which were aftermarket fitment.

Very crisp video. Audio is very clear. Wondering what setup do you have for audio?
@@avikrpandit thank you for the comment. In the POV part I’m using a Sennheiser USB mic. In the part where I’m in front of the camera, I have used an iPhone 13 with Air Pods Pro. Some additional info - Apple doesn’t allow Air Pods Mic to record audio via Bluetooth in a video recording by default. I had to purchase a third part app to use the mic of the AirPods.

@@adityakumarsingh354 yes sir I believe I mentioned that a bit after the prices that they are ex showroom. I estimated that perhaps on road with taxes in Bangalore would be 3 lakhs territory.

Is it better than triumph speed 400?
@@415Gamer00 first of all thanks for watching and commenting. I will be riding a friend's Scrambler 400 X this coming weekend and will do a video on it. I will definitely answer this question. Since I have not ridden Speed 400 yet it would be unfair to speculate and give you a half baked answer. However given the same engine in the other Triumph I should be able to give a more balanced answer by this Sunday. I have read that the Speed 400 has even better roll on acceleration than an Interceptor 650 and if that's true I feel that it will be a better city bike than the Guerrilla. I will however say that the Guerrilla surprised me with its playful nature. It's definitely got more low end torque than the Himalayan 450 and is extremely nimble to ride.
