Well, I’m going on three months without a letter or email. they shut the system down right after I got laid off November 8, 2024… I haven’t heard anything from the unemployment office and I call every day. They keep telling me no decision has been made case is still under investigation. Call back next week. This has been going on since December 1st . They gave me five business days to give them all the information that was needed after I filed my first claim in November why do they get three months?
