Do not mix the odor crystals with Zote soap, it will create a spongy foam clay.

also regarding the crystal beads i have seen many many washers be ruined bc of them. u might want to change ur recipe up a bit. instead of the beads. use baking soda or a bit of borax. or even something like all. a small container

the zote soap. in walmart they sell the zote soap already grated. its a bit more in price. but u wont have to literally kill ur arm grating the soap. and yes zote soap doent leave any residue on ur clothes. i have used this osp for a long time.

Those laundry bar soaps work well on pretreatment for stains, you should save a piece for that.
