It does bother me a bit that this track and many other of the geno tracks aren't in the OST. Because while some of them are just slowed down versions and shit, you can tell that some of them definitely are different from the original tracks. Like comparing this to the original song and it sound so different. It perfectly fits the same vibe that empty house from UT had, especially when you read that picture in this route.

Old circuitry lets off faint, flickering sparks in the confines of imperfect, circular holes. The metal parts lie still in the dark, only illuminated by a red light flashing above a broken siren. The number 10 flashes like a faltering, mechanical heartbeat. Oil stains the ground in pools and a faint smell of metallic heat hangs in the air. This place may never been truly alive, but it certainly has seen better days...

The creak of wooden saloon doors rock back and forth with a makeshift breeze. A tumbleweed trapped in the corner between the sand and the steps struggles to roll over the steps to no avail. It instead scratchs the wood, hushing an already quiet town. A hat caught by the false breeze shuffles across fine particles on the ground, revealing a pair of glasses, half buried. The hat moves like a starfish across the dusty terrain, until it is stopped by a staff that stands tall, driven into the ground.

The silence after snowfall is a pleasant silence. Always a certain feeling of warmth, as the powder crunches beneath one's feet. But here, no footsteps are heard. The air is still. Silent. Choked of any activity. The footprints etched in the snow stop without a trace. The silence is unpleasant.

A still breeze travels through the area. The rustle of untouched crops gently shaken breaks the tentative silence. The breeze, faltering, catches up some dust from the air, until softly landing on a small, cylindrical cartridge. The cartridge teeters in a parabola, back and forth, until it returns to its original resting place. Nobody comes to this place, not before, not now. It is subterranean of a subterranean ruin. The difference is now... now nobody's here.

It sounds like a bell tolling. An ominous, decrepit bell tolling for the souls of the damned.

Sounds underwater. Like not as a water level, but like it's being played underwater.
