Printing PP filament on a Bambu P1S! Fiberthrees F3 PP-GF25 is so easy to print! #3dprinting
With the parts according to the VDI guideline 3405 5-4 you can assess your printers qualities and find the right material settings. This part can help you dial in your settings for overhangs.
This part was printed on an Bambu Lab P1S with our F3 PP-GF25. The printer didn't need any special preperation to print this PP-GF25. The first layer is printed with 290°C and the rest with 230°C
It's the right material for parts that are used in challenging chemical environments like acids or bases.

Winter 2023/24 the @spaceteamaachen had a payload slot on the Rexus-31. The rocket delivered their TRACE re-entry vehicle to an apogee of 78km.       @user-sd9gu3kd7q it's a test specimen to check whats the minimum angle to prin t without any support. The design is according to a VDI guideline.

      @@RiceCrisp320 Bambu Slicer: just take PA HT CF and turn down the bed temperature to 75°C and the minimum nozzle temperature to 275°C. For Orca the same but there we can also send you a profile/project. Please reach out to contact@fiberthree.com (FW).
