ONE STAR REVIEW I They Knew by Sarah Kendzior

Did this book deserve the one star I gave it before my conversation with the author? This is not an opinion against Sarah kendzior as a person, just a neutral review of the book. Please excuse all the fidgeting #booktube

This is a rambling discussion about the book Pretty Things by Janelle Brown, why I personally didn't like it, and what I think she could have changed to make it better (for me) TW: there are mentions of mental illness, suicide, and violence so be warned

I haven't read the book but I think you should look a little deeper into Kendzior's work. Your review sounds very superficial. Listening to this online interview gives me the impression that Kendzior has a consistent, dark message, that you just don't like, perhaps for aesthetic reasons. Her dark vision is unfortunately coming closer to reality. ruclips.net/video/2R1jcortHDA/видео.html

Hi. This was well done in its respectful corresponding subject. Trust me when I say this I too know the uncomfortabability of this matter, won’t go into details. Wishing you peace and happiness. 🙂👍

I think books written by women that vary in culture would be an incredible opportunity for everyone and a good idea perhaps literary fiction and translated to English.

I see you have 30 books or less! Trying to follow that rule. I want to appear as though I finish my books 😅 I’ve been rejected friendship by a neighbour for not finishing my books after she lent me a book and I did not read the said book.
