I prefer the rotationless one. Cubehead has a video for it. I switched to that one because I kept messing up the rotation at the beginning.
I use the one with wide moves. I find it much faster and more comfortable for me than the ones I've tried so far. I'll try this one and compare .

Nice video but how do i know when the tension is set to 4? I really don't understand lol, i think for the centre travel u just have to look where the number matches the little hole but for the tension i dont know
