I Dr. Anil(vety) residing in Mumbai had purchased a 43" crown led tv from sasta bazaar(immature pankaj jha), Kalyan east on 21st August 2024, but they sent a defective led TV set the display sticking tape was coming out. And plus the SILLY STUPID IDIOT didn't sent the invoice bill though I paid him online the full sum and also the table stand which was missing. Though it was shown to the delivery man named vikas vasita he told me that he will deliver the stand the other day and for the sticking tape he ignored and was careless. From last three months I am demanding the invoice bill and the table stand the INSOLENT CUR SHAMELESS MISCREANTS named pankaj jha is so CARELESS, NEGLIGENT, BOTHERLESS AND IGNORANT he neverever tried to reply us properly. Firstly even after calling repetitively he neverever answers our calls both pankaj and vikas neverever answers any of our calls. He neither gave us the invoice bill nor he is sending the table stand of the crown led tv. The very first day before buying the crown led TV I asked him of the service the SILLY STUPID GREEDY IDIOT assured me of home service and from company technician. But nothing neither he is giving any service or sending me my invoice bill from last three months, only AVOIDING, IGNORING AND FOOLING with some SILLY STUPID replies. So last Saturday dated 09/11 I suggested him that if he can't send the invoice bill or the missing table stand with anybody so try to courier it and he agreed to do so. On Monday dated 11/11 when I called he said that he had couriered it with DTDC. And I believed him and two days later when again I called him he neverever tried to answer any of my calls. So after such a long time after repetitive calls he answered and when asked for the courier tracking number he told me that DTDC is not answering any of his calls. So three days later again I called him he again as usual never tried to answer my any calls after repetitive calls he answered my call in angry tone and started giving me some FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD REPLIES. So in the end I told him that the sticking tape of the display is coming out so atleast arrange for an technician to do so and with him send the invoice bill and the missing table stand too and he himself promised me that on Monday dated 18/11 he will do the needful but all in vain neither he sent the technician nor the invoice bill and the stand. Neverever try to believe these type of CHEAP CHEATER, LIAR, FOOLING, FALSE, FAKE AND FRAUD SILLY STUPID GREEDY MISCREANTS named immature pankaj jha. And neverever try to list these type of CHEAP INSOLENT CREATURES on your website. Before buying they fool the customer of giving proper service but ALL LIES, LIES, LIES AND NOTHING BUT LIES. They have a CHEAP local technician not a company one and there services are also so CHEAP LOCAL DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS. Don't ever try to buy any of crown led tv because firstly the company doesn't have a proper website, Secondly the contact number on the website doesn't works and thirdly there are no distributors for crown led tvs only a SOLE LOCAL CHEAP AGENTS like immature pankaj jha.
