Hi, I feel like I am being punked. I have an $80 synthetic pan flute, not a $10 piece of junk. I have been blowing at every concievable angle, distance and strength, with my lips tight and loose, with the smallest, narrowest opening I can create, and I cannot get a single note out of it. I have watched every pan flute for beginners video on youtube. This appears to be the best, but still no help. What am I doing wrong? Some videos say to overhang your top lip to "Direct the air into the pipe", others say to blow over the top of the pipe. I have tried both and everthing in between. I am ready to take this thing into the back yard and set it on fire.
