South Africa have plenty of middle class, not sure what you talking about. Maybe you should have visited other areas besides the top areas. Even in the townships there are parts that are suburban inhabited by the middle class. When SA talks investment we actually mean big corporations, we do not need small businesses we have plenty of our own. South Africa will never value you if you come with small business because we don't see that as adding value to our country, we see it more as a benefit to you rather than to us.
