This video confirms what I’ve been going through and my choice to end a friendship of over 10 years. We are definitely not on the same page nor should we be. My new found boundaries helped me come to this conclusion. Hasn’t been easy and most definitely mourned our friendship. I’m happier and won’t be trying to return to what I wish we had.

There are a couple people that I trust looking through all my stuff. Other than that, it's no one's business. I'm over unreliable friendships. If you resent someone needing you to get them anything during a crisis, or an emergency, you aren't a real friend.

Also you are who you hang out with . So if you have a friend who hangs out with drunks druggies and other people who get in trouble. I realized I outgrew a friendship as we have nothing in common. She talks about the past . She married a guy who is a druggie and drinks a lot. And now most of her friends are like that. After my divorce I worked a lot I made my goal to make my money and retire. This girl never was there for me. I have my girlfriends from work we all worked hard I’m a different person and I realized I outgrew her. And it’s ok to let people go. .

Was left out of a group event that hurt my feelings. I didn't say anything, but it is making me realize we have outgrown the friendship and the group has become toxic

It's all so relative. I've recently lost someone to cancer and I feel like I am not even allowed to be disappointed about my friends not showing up, because suddenly I'm the "negative dragger" that no one needs in their life, I'm overwhelmed and can't give anything and my communication skills are really less than what I know them to be. I don't have the capacity to reach out to someone who doesn't show initiative. So I am to blame? Of course I can shift my attention to other people. But is it wrong to expect something of a friend of 10 or 30 years? I feel like if someone is only there for good times that's just an acquaintance and not a friend.

What a nice a video!! I realate a lot w 7th one. They'll always make fun of high ambition or success, always focus on what's going wrong, a total pity party, always gossiping about celebrities, what's viral etc. I feel so drained ! Loved your video , love you ❤

Hmm this is great advice. Thanks for posting this😊. I’ve had this experience before with a teammate of mine after leaving the sport we were both in together. It just got harder to share common interests or find things to talk about after that no longer being in the same sport together. But I guess from what you said about if you’re not losing friends, you’re not growing up is true. Losing friends I guess is just part of life.

I'm so tired of being the only one who listens to my friends problems. I love to listen but no one ever lets me talk. Fuck that. I'd rather be alone then drain my energy that fast.

Great good part 2 video in Japan. Kaitlin I love the picture quality and sound quality of the video. Shibuya is so packed with lots of people. Glad you both enjoyed Disneyland in Japan.

Apparently a certain friend needed me to stay miserable at my job, continue self medicating with alcohol and not work out because as soon as I chased a professional dream got sober and became fit it messed with our friendship. Bro no one put a gun to your head and made you settle for a job spending all your free time on escapism✌

I definitely stand by The Negativity part. It's always so exhausting having to be there for a friend who never sees the goodside of anything and just drains your Energy all the time making you as their journal and putting all their stress on you.

How long was the wait for the one in downtown off of Michigan Avenue, compared to the ones in Skokie, off of Touhy & Mcormick, & off of Elston Avenue, inside of Seafood City? I know the one in Skokie, you'd have to wait for 6 hours!!
