This "reconstruction" of the case is pathetic. If you had to accept the Taliban principle that if you are caught with some prohibited substance, you should be punished regardless of the case, the quantities, the effects, the modalities, then it would be done very quickly, and there would be no need for courts, lawyers or appeals. Cases are never the same to each other, and Halep took a lot of time to figure out what happened, unlike in Sinner’s case, where they easily reconstructed in moments of time. The two figures involved have been pushed away, and they are unlikely to be able to operate in their respective fields again. Unless they are absolute masochists, they explained what the dynamics of the events were, and certainly ruined their professional careers. What would be the benefit in terms of performance from using this spray? And why Sinner continued to win even when he had to "forcibly" stop this amazing treatment dating back to the seventies. The only ridiculous thing is to think that as the world’s number one, he has risked his career to use a product that is useless. Better, it’s crazy.

That is full story for them who want to look at that case objectively: Sinner got 1st positive probe on 10 March during Indian Wells Masters, stripped off 400 points and its prize money, caught 2nd time on 18 March just 2 days prior to Miami Masters, was not even suspended, furthermore, allowed to play Masters, won it with Clostebol in blood, got 1000 points and full prize money. He was under suspension 2 times, in total just 6! days, in April 2024 and exactly between Masters tournaments, only almost a month! later after 1st positive test while hundreds of other tennis players with positive tests on less dangerous substances are under suspension literally during years. In TADP (Tennis Anti-Doping Programme) rules there is clearly declared when the player starts to be under suspension this information should be public. Despite that the data was revealed only 5 months later after 2 positive tests, 3 won titles including 2 Masters, 4.5K points and millions of dollars in prize money. And during this period Sinner was literally the only top-10 player who missed Olympics and did not play another ATP tournament in July. Hmmmm... maybe Olympics has much more stricter anti-doping tests where you can't shut up officials and hide tests' results. For your attention Clostebol is not just a "banned subtance", it is form of synthesized testosterone and androgenic anabolic steroid. Testosterone is the most powerful and effective group of PEDs (musle recovery, bone recovery, overall enhancement, confidence and dopamine growth). External Testosterone is red flag prohibited at ALL sports. And the entire team is perfectly knows it - not a first year in business - totally controlls EVERY food, cream, powder, liquid etc around and inside of the TOP player in the world. Furthermore Billionth of a gram actually is NOT a small amount of steroids. It is 1*10**(-9) g = 1 ng/ml. The natural average amount of Testosterone in 19 - 30 years male blood is in range of 300 - 1000 ng/dl = 3 - 10 ng/ml. So the found Clostebol amount is just 3 - 10 times less than natural testosterone containment in blood. So why should somebody inject smaller dozes? Because it is not straight injection just in the time of probation but the trace of previous shot(s) that regularly lasts weeks or even months while body metabolizes it. The President of ATP Andrea Gaudenzi is Italian. As Sinner... Darrell Cahill - the chief trainer of Sinner, past chief trainer of banned because of doping Halep (homework done....) Physio Giacomo Naldi apparently ran into issues with positive Clostebol doping tests when he worked for an Bologna basketball team too. Between 2019 and 2023, 38 Italian athletes have tested positive for Clostebol (seemingly too many cut fingers and "creams"). The laywer Kendra Potts regularly represents ITIA (International Tennis Integrity Agency) in court against tennis players who are under doping suspension now is representing Jannik Sinner from Onside Law. Too many coincidences. If you are "accidently" $ucked up (or somebody in your team or the entire team) was not that pretty comfortable just in ONE day to find and provide pretty fit reason in appeal officail letter where nobody is quilty? The problem is when you really don't understand how something went into your bloodstream and it was really unintentially you ACTUALLY could not provide a good clarification FASTLY. Look at it: "Physio - past pharmacist! cut the thumb and used the cream with Clostebol! on his hand! that he used after for Sinner's massage! without gloves! not knowing! that it contains anabolic steroid on the top of the list with prohibited substances. And of course chief trainer did not know anything about it too". That story with italian androgenic cream on the thumb occured just right the same week as Sinner got positive test. It looks like a prepared in advance fairy tale that covers intentional for enhancement actions done before. As ATP declared 5 months later: "No fault or negligence". And there are only 2 probes WHEN Sinner got caught. Looks like they desperately wanted another World #1.

Man you are sweet sounding BS. Main stream media narrative pusher and an apologist for the diabolical tennis establishments. You said in the beginning of the video that you will conclude. But you did not. Instead you spewed moral gibberish about justice. Crap. I know I am using very very harsh words here. That I guess is the only way I can try and prevent one more reasonably good person with correct intent slipping into the clutches of social media dynamics rooted on narrative pushing to align with the MSM. Coming to Sinner, he is guilty. His claim of innocence is BS. Above all he did give a clean chit to his team also. What arrogance. Are we seeing Sinner following the foots steps of another King. The king of Clay ? Sick.

If you've seen my video about Djokovic, then you would understand that FURYCRY is actually against the mainstream media and everything that's going wrong in this crazy world. But to condemn someone without evidence is wrong, and then I would be no better than the haters who have been shooting at Djokovic for over 10 years. In my videos, you also need to be able to read between the lines. This isn't about Sinner's guilt or innocence, but about those who pass the judgments. This is about justice for all athletes who have been punished for a similar offense.

@@furycry_official My apologies. I saw the video about Novak and that is how I came to see this video on Sinner. Video on Novak was good and that is why I wanted to see what you have to say about Sinner. Let me say I was disappointed. Disappointed because it is essential that we cut one way or the other instead being in the middle. I was genuinely upset because another reasonable person is treading very carefully on the Sinner subject because as I had mentioned you did not say if Sinner was wrong or not. That is why I bursted out. IMO Sinner is wrong/guilty and he got a special pass. Not acceptable. I don't watch Sinner any more. That is it. Anyway the video on Novak was indeed good. I watched the entire thing in one sitting. Thanks.
