I did a puzzle that had a lot of false fits which caused me to put two sections in the place of each other so that left me stuck. The puzzle lay on my table a very long time til I decided I would finish it, so after carefully examining the box art and the puzzle with a magnifying glass, I found the mistake, fixed it and moved on. Many days, even weeks passed, before I made that last effort so the total time to finish was 2 years and a day. The puzzle was called Soul of the Rose from a painting by John William Waterhouse. I should have given up given the number of puzzles waiting for me to do them, but for me a puzzle has a definite number of pieces and the challenge is to get each piece into the correct place to complete the image. You, of course, have to decide that. Only you know what demands there are on your time, and what is worth an investment of your time.

Great selection of puzzles there. 👍 I see that I have done ten of those myself. I tend to lose count of how many I have done in a year. I usually average between 15 to 20 a month, it depends on what I do in terms of piece count. Just trying to finish the Ravensburger Animal Crossings Challenge puzzle. 😃

I cannot believe that you started with Cloudberry puzzles. Worst puzzles ever! They are almost 100% standard puzzle piece shape (two in, two out) for the whole puzzle. I found so many false fits. This is made worse by having to force the correct pieces into place. I agree that they have great boxes. I also like that they have basically zero puzzle dust. Are you British so maybe some national pride was involved?
