Bud..... you're on day four..... Im not saying that to be negative im saying it from personal experience (going on 5 years from my doc and over ten for alcohol) its gonna feel easy right now hell it may actually be for you at that moment in time. But the real test is what you do when life on life's terms happens... What are you gonna do on a bad day? Or a great one? Or just a Tuesday ? Take this one step at a time minute by minute second by second if you have to DO NOT think to far into the future.. yes its great to set goals and have plans in early sobriety but dont let what you're feeling right now cloud your mind. They have a name for what you're feeling right now its called "riding the pink cloud" we all ride that bitch the first second third week hell sometimes youll be on it for months. But what goes up WILL come down. Atleast in the beginning go to meetings make a program od sobriety taylored for just you and surround yourself with people that have lives that you want. Project what you want in your mind and put it on paper then everyday read it and check things off as you accomplish them. Its super important to replace a goal with a goal dont set a list of goals achieve them and NOT replace whatever it is youve accomplished with something bigger.. If you dont then youll set yourself up for complacency witch leads back to the alcohol or your doc ending in a relapse.... Im rooting for ya man i wanna see a follow up video every month for a year tracking your progress. DO NOT TRY THIS ALONE YOU WILL FAIL EVENTUALLY. There is a massive community out here for people like us bud utilize everyone. You got this shit man i may not know you personally but youre my brother man... Family... We have a disease that can and will kill us if we let it DONT LET IT

Day 4 of quitting alcohol reaults in anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, diminished motor skills, trembling, and loss of appetite. It can result in seizures and a heart attack. If you're not faking this, good for you.
