I love that pancake mix! It's also perfect to use when making homemade cookies, it prevents them from spreading out and going flat. Just use 1/2 flour and 1/2 of this mix and you'll get the best cookies ever. Just my opinion.

best pancakes are with buttermilk and let the batter set covered for 20 minutes before cooking. Make fruit compote with real butter & real maple syrup I never make the same fruit compote. I make raspberry pancakes with peach or pear compote. Rarely use boxed mix, country girls cook everything fresh THAT'S BEST PANCAKES..I LOVE TO COOK SO IT'S NO BIG DEAL

Nah, so what it calls for water, add milk & vanilla flavor. Then you have the best pancakes.

I have had that brand before. My daughter bought it for me to save time because I make mine from scratch. I didn't like it tastes like vanilla.
