@ 6 fps? Can you see how much Watts on the GPU? For example 3050 in the games should have 56-59W If you have 45w it means that your PC protecting itself and you need to wait for Update of Stalker

@@double289 We cant turn off the protection. We need to put 60fps (or even 30fps) at the Stalker Settings -> Display. It means that our laptop wouldn't try to jump more than 60fps and save its power. So it should help. My friend tried it, but he put 30fps and it helped. He said that Frame Generator can be turned ON. Other friend said that FrGener turned OFF So only experiments

Its not totally cpu intensive but this game requires a powerfull cpu and also this game is an extremely demanding game from both a CPU and GPU standpoint, pushing a powerful CPU like the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D to its limits so much that it struggles to hit very high framerates at low resolutions.

So I’ve understood. I found some other data about laptops with the same GPU. Stalker overheat the powerlines, so we see only 45W. For example 2077 working very good, but at 60W. Dying Light 2 also doesn’t overheat the powerlines so it shows us 60W. So after some optimisation laptop would be able to play S2 very easy

Well, i have i5 12450HX with RTX 3050 6GB/16 GB RAM and my game runs very smoothly, I thought it would be much worse (DLSS set on performance, Medium graphics preset) well stutters sometimes happens but its not a big deal, Devs need to roll out a big update to optimize some stuff, give them time folks 😉

If we look at the requirements, they are GTX 1060 6GB and RX 580 8GB, so technically we can put it this way, that u should have at least 6 GB of Vram to play this game. Also there is another thing, laptops with old 3050 4GB they still have DDr4 RAM, I think DDR5 could help a bit, because it helps me a lot. I have 4070 mobile and when I put everything extra quality, dual channel DDr5 5600 mhz can some kinda compensate the lackage of ram.

It has nothing to do with it, the game's optimization is terrible, everyone is waiting for a patch update.

Only working with Dx12, Launching with Dx11 crashing the game on startup.

DX11 is not supported, you'll just crash to desktop lol
