Mathew 5:5 and Mathew 22:36- 40 teach that "the meek shall inherit the Earth" and love God first and love your neighbor as yourself. 1 John 4:7 - 21 teaches that "GOD is love". The Westboro Baptist Church does not follow nor believes those biblical teachings. They are nothing more than cafeteria believers who pick and choose which scriptures to accept. Anger opposes love. Protesting the way that Westboro does is the opposite of being meek. Believing that GOD hates ________(fill in the blank) is heresy. According to Mathew chapter 25, they are going to have a very rude awakening.

I appreciate your open minds. This was a fun discussion. Hey, new subscriber here coming from Dose of Reality! Ignore the aggro FE commenters - some of those folks seem to get a bit too emotionally involved (or they're bots - i mean how would i know?). I don't think it's called for here, as you guys were both respectful and engaged. It's important to remember that Flat Earthers aren't people who never learned about the Heliocentric model. They believed it all - moon landings, NASA missions, and space as it's described - for most of their lives probably. But at some point they saw a crack in the veneer and started to really closely analyze things... only then did they start to question the world as it's described. I can't speak for everyone, but i think that's probably the case for most flat earthers. Personally, i'm undecided about the shape of the Earth... but i admire the FE spirit, and people willing to risk being ridiculed (by closed minded people) for reexamining something so fundamental. William Cooper exposed Alex Jones a long time ago. And I'm not sure how you ( David and Carlos) both claim to be " libertarians" but have no inner standing of liberty. Do you truly believe that your employer can fire you for not wearing a mask? Have you not heard of discrimination, or civil rights and ADA violations? As for "flat earth", water cannot convex at the surface as it does on a "globe" model. And a model and or theory is completely ruled out if it cannot be demonstrated... You know how long it takes to become a good doctor? You know how much it costs? Those people don’t wanna work for state wages. They have worked hard and want to be compensated for that. I can get free healthcare through the Indians, I don’t use it because it sux. The doctors are underpaid and under qualified. Private healthcare is not a bad thing. Speech can most certainly be HATE! That doesn't mean you don't have the right to say it. Speech, like the WBC spout can cause real damage.
