I hate the fact that this had to come into the spotlight. I had really admire them in the beginning seasons of the show. I can't imagine what Melony or Martell is going through because the both of them created beautiful children. Yes, Martel made a mistake just like any man, but Geesh anyone one or anyone fool could see he still loves Melony in spite of him making an outside child. If the judge asked the kids the question, who would they rather live with? I can guarantee that the children would say that they would rather live with their mother. Martell put those kids through hell. Those should travel from house to house each week. They need stability.

I used to love watching love and marriage of Huntsville.But I'm so tired of Melody she is worst than Martell she is mad at the whole cast, they didn't help him with his affair girl get on with your life, leave the cast members along Martell don't want you. all this confusion is because of you I will not be watching this season. Take a break from the show and let the other members go on to see what the show can be. I am so surprised at Carlos to let you divide the cast members and divided from what the show was about come Carlos step up.

Clarification: the stakes is HIGH for Martell because of his criminal conviction. When that conviction is sustained...he's convicted a second time because more evidence is revealed during this trial....Martell could be headed to prison for a while....so, yes the stakes are high for Martell...even more so during the February custody hearing where his criminal conviction(s) will have a huge impact on the family court rulings...imo

Don't forget , Mel offered joint custody without the courts. Martel chose to go to court for custody, not Mel.

His court order just proved some lawyers will agree to submit whatever just to take your money! No proof, all speculation, it makes no sense why it was even submitted

With regards to Melody allowing her older kids to drive a vehicle ; chances are that the kids did drive the vehicle & was excited about the experience & innocently told Martell, not realizing he would use it against their mother.

He needs to go to jail. He is using their children to antagonize her. He is so malicious and disgusting. I don’t know how any women could ever want him after how they see he treats his ex wife.
