You can play it on PC, but I have it on Switch.

I can see why they would use those weapons. It takes me at least 20 minutes to beat a G-Rank monster and almost the whole 55 minutes for a hyper Deviljho with the Hunting Horn. While with the LBG, I can beat the same monsters in less than half that time.

I might look into it one day. From all the hype I keep hearing about it, it sounds like a top 3 weapon.

@@Jahmin it's the top weapon, crouch fire let's you shoot as fast as a machine gun pretty much. Toppled with power barrel and its already insane damage it's the weapon. You also have a quick reload with valor sheathe, and when in valor you get a run if you hold roll

Give yourself some credit: the bow is one of the more difficult weapons to use. As for me, I'm enjoying using HH. Too bad I'm horrible at it. :) It's still fun, though.

Rajang is a menace! It's one of the few monsters that is actually scary to go up against.

Thanks! Whenever you're looking for another game to play, maybe you should give GU a chance. It's very unique compared to other Monster Hunter games because of the different styles and hunter arts.

If I remember correctly, Attack L and Sharpness+1 since I was only high-rank back then.

Sorry about the headache. I can see how it can be straining on the eyes. The zoom was mostly to put more attention on the hunter and the use of the Hunting Horn (and mostly to hide some of the HUD).

I didn't even realize cuz I was too focused the action lol

Two reasons. 1 It looks better for videos. 2 It makes it easier for edits when there's less clutter on the screen. It does make it a tad difficult at times, but I've mostly grown used to it.

Maybe try out a secondary weapon? While I do enjoy HH, there's some monsters that are a pain to fight with it (rajang!). Also, it does feel that HH doesn't kill as fast, imo, so don't get too bummed if it takes you longer to finish hunts. There's a good reason that there aren't many HH speed runs with HH in GU.

bone horn with the jho cena set might do ok until you focus on grinding a certain horn

Dual blades, longsword, greatsword and swaxe are all pretty good weapons for progression since you mostly just need to get good raw weapons

HH is a blast in this game! It's so satisfying landing those encores and getting KOs. Hope you have fun with it as well!

This thing's hitbox range is insane!

Rise hh is way better thoooooooo.faster and way more fluid.i guess since it's more simplified it takes away the feel it used to have but still.

I've yet to play to full Rise game. Is HH not that fun to play anymore?

@@Jahmin TL;DR, it's like good chicken with no herbs or spices. You can eat it, but it's plain and inoffensive. Rise HH is still fun, yeah, but it's lost all personality that it had. It has become another "Button-Mashy DPS Festival" as I like to call it, all intention that was behind it's attacks, all that positioning required, is replaced by mindless button mashing. Is it still fun? I guess so. Do I want to actually put time into it? No, it's just larger dual blades now. Button mash to win. Most people I've seen who like new Rise horn are the same people that used to say horn was "too hard" and wouldn't have even tried it without those new "buffs." Which sucks to me, given that valor horn is pretty much just Rise horn with like three more steps.
