Hi everyone I’m Lindsey and I have been bowling since I was 4 years old and I started doing league when I was 8 years old. My bowling style is 2 handed backup but I am trying to go right hand and backup but it is very hard to do that is why practice makes perfect.

Interlock your fingers more it gives you more revs and better control than just placing your other hand on top of the ball. I did that and my average jumped to 210

Have you tried throwing the regular way not in a mean way the back up ball is good
Yes but I can’t do it. There is a video on me doing it tho on my RUclips you just have to stroll.
Alr keep up the hard work though love it I can throw a back up ball but not as good as u

I've never seen a 2 hander with backspin rotation really cool
same lol i was like what in the hell, but hey if it works for ya it works for ya. I’ve seen dozens of other people with way wonkier techniques that were monsters.
